Overtreding Hanzevast heeft de wettelijk verplichte rapportage over het tweede halfjaar van 2019 niet tijdig bij DNB ingediend. De halfjaarrapportage had uiterlijk 11 februari 2020 bij DNB ingediend moeten zijn, maar is door Hanzevast op 17 februari 2020 aan DNB verstrekt. Daarmee heeft Hanzevast de Wet op het financieel toezicht overtreden. Hiervoor heeft DNB bij besluit van 18 juni 2020 een boete aan Hanzevast opgelegd. Bezwaar en beroep Op 29 juli 2020 heeft Hanzevast bezwaar gemaakt tegen het boetebesluit. Dit bezwaar is door DNB bij beslissing van 24 februari 2022 ongegrond verklaard. Vervolgens heeft Hanzevast op 6 april 2022 beroep bij de rechtbank Rotterdam ingesteld. De rechtbank Ro (official source)
