Overtreding Op grond van de Wet toezicht trustkantoren 2018 (Wtt 2018), en de voorganger van de Wtt 2018, de Wet toezicht trustkantoren (Wtt), moeten trustkantoren (waaronder Zenco) ten minste eenmaal per jaar een audit (laten) uitvoeren. Het is belangrijk dat een trustkantoor deze audit jaarlijks uitvoert als extra waarborg voor de integere en beheerste bedrijfsvoering van het trustkantoor. Met de audit wordt namelijk gecontroleerd of het trustkantoor de wet- en regelgeving naleeft. Daarnaast wordt de uitoefening van de compliancefunctie ermee gecontroleerd. DNB heeft vastgesteld dat Zenco in de periode van 1 januari 2017 tot en met 27 januari 2020 geen audits heeft laten uitvoeren. Daarmee (official source)
